About me
I was born in the early 1980s in Łódź, Poland.
For over a decade, I’ve been exploring painting and fairy tale illustration — in my own time, on my own terms.
My work tells stories — sometimes funny, sometimes sad, often both at once. I’m inspired by everyday absurdities, childhood imagination, gentle solitude, and the dreamlike world that floats somewhere between memory and invention.
The characters in my paintings — philosopher cats, paper pilots, quiet shadows and imagined things — all carry a trace of real people. They look at the world with sleepy eyes, as if they already know not everything has to be taken seriously.
I paint to tell stories. I illustrate to hold a moment still. I search for those quiet intersections where a smile meets a little ache.
